How to keep weight loss even after my metabolism has slowed down?

I haven’t been exercising as much, because of a couple of recent injuries, so my metabolism has decreased dramatically, because I’m usually so active. I’ve also lost some inches, because I decided to cut out junk food and fried stuff. How would I keep this weight loss even after what has happened to my metabolism?

What Is Hcg And How Does It Promote Weight Loss?

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, or hCG, is a natural water-based protein hormone that develops in the body of a woman shortly after conception. Often called the pregnancy hormone, hCG levels in urine and blood can be tested and are used to confirm pregnancy. The purpose of the hCG hormone during pregnancy is to encourage the production of progesterone, which aids in thickening the lining of the uterus to give the fetus a safe place to grow. The development of the hCG hormone during pregnancy also helps to prevent the body from rejecting the new tissue. hCG also ensures that the developing fetus has all of the nutrients it needs to survive and grow by encouraging the body to release excess stores in fat cells.
The function hCG has on the human body in encouraging the release of excess fat storage has been a remarkable breakthrough in weight loss for the seriously overweight. It literally seems to work like a laser, pinpointing and dissolving fat storage so that the cells shrink to normal size, without any side effects common with other weight loss treatments like increased heart rates or nervousness.   Several studies have shown that hCG, when injected into male or female patients, encourages the body to preserve lean muscle but burn fat. When combined with a reduced calorie diet and stretching exercises, weight loss might exceed up to a pound a day, and because of the way the hormone works, patients do not experience hunger or loss of energy while on the treatment.
hCG weight loss treatments have allowed seriously overweight and obese patients to achieve a significant amount of weight loss quickly and safely without having to endure the risk, complication, and recovery time of invasive surgery. Complications range from GERD, to infection, to additional surgery and occur with regularity in more invasive weight loss treatment, but hCG is delivered by injection. Often, patients can lose up to 40 pounds or more in the first month of treatment, and the benefits do not diminish with additional treatment cycles. With such significant weight loss, many seriously overweight patients are able to reduce or stop taking medicines for high blood pressure and diabetes.
More importantly, the significant weight loss in the seriously overweight is fat loss, not lean muscle loss, so metabolism is not diminished in the process. Many overweight patients who seek hCG treatment achieve health benefits that extend beyond losing weight; cholesterol levels and blood pressure are often significantly reduced.
Because the results occur more quickly than with traditional methods of diet and exercise, the overweight patient receiving hCG weight loss treatment is motivated to continue exercising and changing lifestyle habits because they are immediately rewarded with visible results. Many overweight patients who have tried different diets and weight loss plans see hCG treatment as a final attempt at preventing invasive surgery. With complications occurring in as many as 1/3 of all weight loss surgery patients, hCG is an effective and safe alternative for the overweight and obese to be able to take control of their health.

Hcg Fat Loss: 5 Common Mistakes To Avoid For Weight Loss Success

The significant HCG fat loss that you can enjoy from following the HCG diet is one of the most appealing aspects of this weight loss plan. HCG fat loss comes from the depletion of your abnormal fat stores. Therefore, your belly, hips, thighs, upper arms and back will be more sleek and firm without the former ‘jiggle’ from the heavy layer of fat that had been stored there.
In this article, we will take a look at HCG fat loss and share the five most common mistakes that people following the HCG diet make and how you can avoid them.
Mistake #1: Not getting enough fat on the load days leading up to and including the first two days of taking the HCG injections or the oral HCG drops. Your body needs for your normal fat stores to be sufficient to provide some energy for your activities while the process of burning off those abnormal fat stores kicks in.
Avoid this mistake by eating plenty of your favorite, normally forbidden fatty foods. Put butter on everything, have some sour cream on your potatoes, full fat cream in your coffee, and eat pizza.
Mistake #2: Not drinking enough water. You won’t see a lot of HCG fat loss if you don’t drink enough water.
The HCG diet allows you to drink coffee and teas, but tea is a diuretic, which means it causes you to lose water.   If you are drinking a lot of teas you should be drinking water also to counteract the diuretic effect.
Mistake #3: Eating out in restaurants too oftenRestaurants tend to use a lot of fats, sugars and salt to make their food look and taste more appealing, so avoid eating in restaurants too often when you are following the HCG diet plan.
Eat at home as often as you can. Be prepared and have plenty of ’safe’ foods available. Prepare several meals at once on a Sunday evening and then portion them out so that when you are ready to eat all you have to do is grab a meal and re-heat it.
Mistake #4: Weighing protein after cookingDr. Simeons cautions about the importance of weighing your protein portions prior to cooking in his original HCG diet protocol. The food’s fat content will affect its weight especially beef where the fat is marbled in with the flesh.
When you are preparing your meals ahead of time, weigh out each meal’s portion of protein all at once to make it convenient for meal preparation for the rest of the week.
Mistake #5: Eating the same protein for lunch and dinnerYou might decide to eat more of what you had for lunch for your dinner, but don’t make this mistake.   It is important to vary your proteins not just for scientific reasons, but because you will get bored quickly if you are eating the same thing all of the time.
To avoid this common mistake, get a HCG diet plan cookbook and try several of the different recipes using spices that you don’t usually use. This will expand your palate and give you some variety in your diet so that you don’t grow bored with it too quickly.
