Well, if that is the case, then stop what you’re doing and take a peek at the few natural remedies below. Not only can they help to erase cellulite from your body completely, they can actually help to prevent it from returning!Anti Cellulite Diet: Drop the “inexpensive” fast food habit. Although it may be a cheap way to feed yourself, it is not helping with your cellulite problem in any way. The toxins you’re ingesting from those fatty, sugar ladened foods are worsening your cellulite problem 10 fold! Aside from that, you should add more fish, nuts, and produce to your diet, while at the same time removing junk food, unnatural foods, and anything else that’s just plain “bad” for you. Cellulite Treatment Creams: Apply a topical cream to your affected area before and after exercise and before bed each night. Don’t get this cream from a department store; get it from a place that specializes in skin care and cellulite removal — otherwise, you’ll just be wasting your money. Cellulite Exercise: Do a couple of quick exercises each and every day for 15-20 minutes. You can run, walk, swim, bike, hike, or even lift weights; all of these activities can help in reducing celulite. Remember to keep up the exercises and stick to a routine; otherwise, the cellulite won’t be affected. Keep at it and the cellulite will melt away like butter!Cellulite Massage: What better way of reducing celulite than by getting it massaged out of your body? Through intense massaging pressure, the body’s circulation, blood flow, and lymphatic drainage can be greatly stimulated, thereby leading to the reduction and possible elimination of cellulite. After several cellulite massage treatments, cellulite should begin to dissipate, leaving behind smoother, improved skin. Reducing celulite might not be easy, but that doesn’t mean it has to be hard. Use the remedies above to keep cellulite removal simple, safe, and inexpensive!

5 More Tips to Finding the Perfect PR Firm

If you are one of the thousands of businesses looking to gain national media attention for your company, products or services then you are probably facing the difficult decision of finding the right PR firm.
What can make this decision difficult is that there are so many different kinds of public relations firms out there. Some are local, some national. Some retainer based, some project based. So how do you know which PR firm will be the best fit for your objectives?
In the last part of the series, we shared the following 5 tips on choosing the right PR firm:
1. Find a firm that specializes in your industry.
2. Choose a firm that specializes in your medium of choice
3. Request sample campaigns.
4. Find a pay-for-performance firm.
5. Speak to the public relations firm’s clients.
Here are 5 more tips on how to choose the RIGHT PR firm to get your message the media attention that you desire:
6. Be confident in their ability. Before you sign on the dotted line, make sure that you are convinced that the PR firm will create, and execute, a successful campaign. Don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions, request copies of sample campaigns and then do a comprehensive review of all of the materials.
” I would suggest that before you make your final decision you talk to owners and definitely request a proposal ask the important questions. Where are they going to get you media exposure? How long the campaign will last? What are the goals of the campaign? How long will it take to meet these goals? How the PR firm answers these questions will ultimately determine the level of confidence you have in their ability to service your account.
7. Don’t limit yourself to firms in your area. If you’re looking for regional or national exposure don’t limit your search to public relations firms that are located within your vicinity. “Many people believe that you need to have a firm located just down the street so that you can have regular face-to-face meetings with them. But this is not how it works. I have only had a face-to-face meetings with a handful of my clients. The reason for this is that I don’t need to. All of a PR firm’s work can be done via phone and email which is a far more efficient, and time saving, way to work. ” If your goal is to attain national media attention, find a firm that specializes pitching to the national media. A national media PR firm’s skill level and specialization is what is important, not where they are located.
If your goal is to gain local media attention, this is when it is a good idea to look for a local firm. “As they are in the middle of the market you are after, their contacts and knowledge will be far more effective than that of a national firm. ”
8. Meet your Campaign Manager. There is one person in particular who plays a vital role in driving the success of at the PR firm: your Campaign Manager. Before you make the decision on which public relations firm you use, meet your Campaign Manager. Find out what their experience level is and how long they have been with the firm.
“A great nugget of information is that many Campaign Managers are rookies fresh from college. Even more frightening is that many national and local PR firms hire interns to handle the client accounts that they do not deem a ‘top priority’. ” If you don’t investigate the qualifications of your Campaign Manager, then how can you be confident that your campaign will be handled by a professional?
9. Find a public relations firm that believes in your message. The best type of PR firm is one that not only understands your message but also has enthusiasm for your topic. “If you find a firm like this, their enthusiasm for your message will show in the work that they do. The pitches and press releases will be more creative and their communications to the media will be attention grabbing and clear. ”
In order for a PR firm to successfully work for you, they need to understand your passion and be able to translate it into something that will be of interest to the masses. It can be quite costly if they misunderstand your point. “
10. Trust your gut. “My final tip to choosing the right PR firm has everything to do with that almighty ‘gut feeling’. When you are in the process of deciding if a PR firm is a right fit for your needs it is inevitable that you will have strong views about their work and approach. I would advise that even if everything looks fantastic on paper, or in a snazzy presentation, if you have absolutely any reservations think twice about choosing the firm. ”
Gut instincts tend to be accurate, so if the chemistry is off in any way, be weary of pushing the working relationship forward. There is nothing worse then finding out your instincts were right when it is too late!
Well there you go! The final five tips on how to choose the right public relations firm for you!

Cellulite Diets – You Should Be Eating More, Not Less!

If you are looking for information on how to get rid of cellulite, you’re in luck. In this article, you are going to discover what foods are good for reducing cellulite, as well as what foods can prevent it from building up in the future.
Check Out These Shocking Secrets of Cellulite RemovalHere are the things that you should be eating more of when on cellulite diets. 1. Beans, Peas, and Legumes- These different food items will strengthen and reduce inflammation in the connective tissue just under the skin & around the cellulite. When connective tissue is strengthened, cellulite is less likely to appear. 2. Fatty Fish- By eating lots of fish, you will be adding good oils to your body. Contrary to what some might think, the body does in fact need fat — not saturated fat of course, which typically comes from animals, but good, body “helping” fat. This type of “body helping” fat can be found in fatty fish, such as salmon, as well as most fish oils. 3. Lean Meat- As you just read, you are going to want to avoid saturated fats by eating less meat. However, eating lean beef and poultry — with the fat cut out of course — can actually be good for you, as they are both good sources of protein and both happen to have helpful amino acids. 4. Fruits & Vegetables- Rather than adding processed, unnatural foods to your main dishes, begin adding helpings of either vegetables or fruit. Even start eating more fresh produce in between meals in place of junk food snacks. Also, try to pick up fruits and vegetables that are bright in color — they contain high amounts of antioxidants, which helps prevent tissue damage caused by cellulite. 5. Water & Juices- Drink water to regularly flush the body of toxins, then drink vegetable juice with your meals to rejuvenate the body with vitamins, minerals, and of course, antioxidants. It may be hard to get off the sodas, but by switching to water & vegetable juice, you stand a much better chance reaching your cellulite reduction goals. You now know how to remove cellulite by eating certain foods. However, celulite diets are rarely enough to totally get rid of cellulite. As a matter of fact, an anti-cellulite diet is most effective when combined with other natural cellulite cures.

They can grow on a sunny windowsill, in poor soil, with very little care and still bring you substantial health benefits and magnificent flavors. 1. Parsley is good in salads, soups and broths, and freshens breath. 2. My hands always smell of garlic and my guy loves it. He knows good food needs garlic. Garlic is said to lower cholesterol, benefit arthritis and may fight cancer. 3. Chives are great with everything, dill was made for salmon, and basil is so Italian. Vegetables4. Cauliflower and broccoli are great served raw, having a much milder and sweeter flavor than the cooked versions. They are especially good in big salads with mixed greens, red cabbage, carrots and some baked fish or chicken with the above salad dressing. 5. Green onions or scallions are two of the best foods for adding flavor to dishes without calories is green onion. We particularly like to use them and parsley to freshen and enhance the flavor of clear chicken broth and soups when we are ready to serve. A generous sprinkle of these taste boosters and a few drops of rice vinegar will make you very happy and healthy, too. Skip the bread and crackers. 6. Spinach has lots of good iron and other benefits that only become available to your body when enhanced with some citrus or vinegar. We love to serve it in salads with oranges, chives or chopped sweet onion, toasted pine nuts or almonds with a little honey mustard dressing. It’s also good to add a large handful of spinach and chopped green onions to clear chicken soups at the time you serve. 7. Beets – This root vegetable is loaded with vitamins and natural sugar and the greens are literally a nutrient bonanza in salads. The color of the beet itself is very beautiful and can enhance many dishes. 8. Turnips – We love turnips mashed like potatoes. 1 c only has 36 calories, about ¼ of the same amount of potatoes. They are wonderful with roasted pork tenderloin with a sweet onion mustard sauce made like salad dressing (above) with the enhancement of the onions. 9. Radishes are one of those vegetables that arrive early in spring when you want them most. ½ c of radishes has only 10 calories. Eat them with a little bit of salt instead of popcorn or chips. You’ll taste a lot of good flavor and get some good nutrients, too. Fruits10. Melons just need to be cut before they land on the plate. My Mom always craved them when she was pregnant. They are full of good nutrients and help you stay hydrated. We always teased her she was going to have a big old green watermelon instead of another baby. She had 5, babies that is, not watermelons. 11. Black berries (75 cal. Per cup) and raspberries (64 cal. Per cup) – These berries are both healthy and tasty. We prefer them raw right from the bushes that grow near our house. 1 c has loads of nutrition. 12. Strawberries – I was once stuck for hours due to foggy weather at O’hare airport in Chicago waiting for family. I had no hope that I would get anything good to eat in an airport but I was in for a pleasant surprise. Illinois grows some of the best strawberries in the world in the spring. They were serving fresh strawberries with heavy cream (not sugared or whipped) right from the bar where people were ordering mixed drinks. I ate 2 servings with hot tea and never worried about the saturated fat in the cream or what time it was. 13. Plums are one of the many things that grew around one of my childhood homes. My cousins and I would find them ripe and eat until we couldn’t eat any more and then bring some home for granny and the aunts to make into jam. Now we only eat them raw. They are great. 14. Oranges, limes and lemons – We use all these in cooking. Salads like chopped spinach only get better with a bit of fresh orange. Limes are good with fish. Lemons enhance so many dishes. Try to eat the whole fruit, not just the juice. Nuts15. Nuts are good in many dishes and bring flavor and nutrients. A few walnuts at bedtime will help you sleep better. There are a lot more wonderful fat burning foods out there than the ones on this list. Try to eat as much fruit and raw or lightly steamed vegetables as possible and burn fat with pleasurable eating!
